Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will support a growing team and help institutionalize core HR processes across our real estate projects and corporate office. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking Assist in payroll coordination with accounts and compliance teams Support implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures Coordinate appraisals, training, and team engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with statutory HR regulations
