Position Overview:The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic management of the company’s channel partners. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with key distributors, resellers, and third-party platforms to maximize revenue and market share. The Channel Sales Manager will also ensure effective sales enablement and execution across all partner channels, ensuring that partners are equipped to sell and promote the company’s products. Key Responsibilities:Channel Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance brand presence. Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for channel partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize the channel sales approach. Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including resellers, distributors, and affiliate networks. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to ensure alignment with the company’s sales objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partner communications, queries, and issues. Sales Enablement & Support: Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell and promote the company’s products. Support partners with sales materials, product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotional content. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that channel partners are properly equipped with the latest marketing campaigns and product information. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners based on agreed sales targets, product penetration, and overall market impact. Regularly review channel performance, providing feedback and suggestions to partners for improvement. Prepare and present reports on channel sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Sales Growth & Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s reach by recruiting new channel partners or exploring untapped markets. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to identify new solutions that address the needs of partners and customers. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the channel network.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms. Handle social media management – content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and analytics. Execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve website ranking and visibility. Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices. Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos, reels, and graphics using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva.
