Sr. Executive Leasing & Site Acquisition (Sports Infrastructure) Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify schools, commercial properties, and landowners with space available for leasing. Initiate outreach and build relationships with key decision-makers (principals, facility managers, brokers, RE agents). Site Visits & Assessments Conduct preliminary site visits to evaluate location potential, accessibility, and viability for sports use. Assist in documenting key details (size, availability, usage restrictions, etc.). Support in Negotiations Work alongside senior leasing leads to prepare proposals and support lease/license agreement discussions. Assist in follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with legal teams. Market Mapping & Reporting Maintain and update a database of potential and active leads across cities. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on new property opportunities and local market trends. Qualifications 25 years of experience in real estate, institutional partnerships, business development, or property leasing. Strong interpersonal and communication skillsable to talk to principals, brokers, and business owners with ease. Detail-oriented with solid follow-through and organizational skills. Passion for sports, community development, or real estate is preferred. Willingness to travel locally and manage field visits.
