Job Title: Photo/Videographer & Editor Key Responsibilities: Photography & Videography Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, social media, and corporate projects. Set up lighting, camera angles, and equipment to ensure professional output. Coordinate with creative/marketing teams to execute visual storytelling. Video Editing (Premiere Pro & After Effects) Edit raw footage into engaging videos for ads, reels, social campaigns, and long-form projects. Add effects, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design. Create intro/outro animations, title sequences, and special effects. Photo Editing (Photoshop & Lightroom) Retouch, color-correct, and enhance images for marketing and branding. Design visual assets, composites, and layouts as required. Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across platforms. Creative Direction Support Work with the creative and content teams to bring visual ideas to life. Suggest new creative approaches, styles, and trends. Storyboard and plan shoots with the marketing/production team. Asset Management Organize and maintain media files, ensuring easy retrieval. Deliver projects within deadlines and maintain quality standards. Manage backups and archives of photo/video content. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling. Ability to manage end-to-end production (shoot to final edit). Knowledge of current visual trends (social media reels, cinematic edits, branded content). Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
