Role & responsibilities Job Description Customer Support Executive We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and messages. The candidate should be polite, confident, and customer-friendly, with the ability to resolve queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Respond to customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and chat Provide accurate information about products/services Resolve customer complaints professionally Maintain records of customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams when required Ensure customer satisfaction and follow SOPs Preferred candidate profile Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred) Customer handling and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM preferred) Ability to work under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate Freshers are welcome Experience in customer support or BPO is an advantage Male/Female both can apply
