Role & responsibilities The incumbent is solely responsible for executing a project effectively & efficiently, within the given deadline. One point contact for all the assignment related issues. Able to explain the concept of Mystery Shopping to Freelancers and should make sure that they register & assign shops to Freelancers based on the criteria provided by the clients Should be proactive in getting new Freelancers and add them into our database - recruiting vendors/ shoppers / freelancers - train and guide them in the auditsThe incumbent should have knowledge about international job portals to get new shoppers / vendors onboarded for completion of the project on time.Manage team and help recruit shoppers / vendors & crisis management - applicable for Project LeadPreferred candidate profile Strong communication with ability to articulate ideas, both written and verbal Should have command in professional email communication & working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word , Excel Basic strategic and tactical marketing skills Knowledge of global brands /exposure to geographies/interest in net surfing - to recruit shoppers / freelancersWork days : Monday to SaturdayPerks and benefits * Work from home opportunity**** Experience in mystery shopping is an added advantage** Preference to immediate joiners
