We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join us at HRXcelerate. This is a great opportunity for recent Graduates who want to gain hands-on exposure to real-time HR operations in a dynamic work environment. As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team with day-to-day processes and people operations . You will get to work closely on various aspects of interview management, HR coordination, and employee experience , helping you develop practical skills for your future career in HR. Role & Responsibilities: • Interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and interview panels. • Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee queries • Maintaining and updating HR records, trackers, and databases • Preparing HR reports and assisting with documentation • Supporting employee onboarding and exit processes • Assisting the HR team with various projects and admin tasks as needed. Who we are looking for: • Bachelors’ students/passouts only (strictly not open to Postgraduates). • Sincere, sensible, and highly responsible in approach. • Good communication skills (written and verbal). • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. • Previous internships in HR — good to have.
