Candidates should have Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pre-construction activities for Oil & Gas pipeline projects, large-scale surveys, land acquisition, and City Gas Distribution (CGD) works — including survey, soil investigation, statutory clearances, and land acquisition processes. Role & Responsibility Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate daily with the Client and Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) for all pre-construction activities. Conduct site visits along with the client and prepare detailed site visit reports for submission. Review and ensure that all data, detailed engineering reports, and submissions comply with OISD, ASME, and other applicable regulations. Prepare draft applications, proposals, checklists, undertakings, and agreements in line with Local / State / Central guidelines. Prepare and review land acquisition proposals, cadastral data, and land acquisition schedules. Handle online applications related to approvals such as FOREST, NHAI, PWD, NSW, PESO, Gati Shakti, local Jan portals, power connections, borewell permissions, etc. Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as per project and client requirements. Review drawings, technical reports, survey reports, and perform data analysis for accuracy and completeness. Supervise all project-related fieldwork, including soil / geotechnical investigations and survey operations. Manage vendors, coordinate with Head Office (HO) for project requirements, and ensure timely availability of resources. Ensure timely submission of RA bills, track payments, and manage project-related funds effectively. Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in core surveying, covering all types of infrastructure surveys in Water, Oil & Gas, Hydro Projects, Re-Survey, and Large-Scale Works. Job Roles & Responsibilities:Coordinate daily with all survey teams and allocate work assignments efficiently. Manage and oversee overall survey operations from the Head Office (HO). Review and verify survey data and CAD drawings for Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA). Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications and field requirements. Possess in-depth knowledge of DGPS instruments, static processes, and data processing techniques. Plan and execute project surveys from micro-level to top-level, including team planning and field visits. Proficient in AutoCAD for editing survey drawings and preparing other output deliverables. Submit daily progress reports to the Site Manager / HOD / Senior Management. Maintain and update daily progress reports, site expenditures, and survey data records. Note: This position is based at the Head Office initially; however, it is transferable as per project or site requirements.
