Hirings for MNC: - Great Opportunity in Giant MNC .Grab the Opportunity to grow and explore We are hiring for: HRO UK Learning / Development & Talent Acquisition Experience: 1-10 Years CTC : 5-12 LPA Mode : Work From Office Location- Kolkata Should be Ok with night shift Overview Responsible to execute processing steps pertaining to HRO Operations for clients, basis instructions as outlined in standard operating procedures provided within processing groups (some examples of such operational transactions could be learning and development, performance management, Compensation & Benefits and other BUHR activities ) within specified time. Formal Education & Certification Bachelors degree in any discipline Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) Working Experience in the area of Recruitment job posting, candidate screening, resume sifting of 1-7 years for large corporations. Working Experience in the area of Learning and Development Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple) Recruitment expertise in for multiple geographies Any certifications pertaining to employee Hire to Retire life cycle Knowledge & Experience Good knowledge of leading recruitment Tools like Taleo, Brass rings . • Excellent process knowledge of Employee Data Management • Excellent process knowledge of Employee life cycle, L&D, C&B & PMS within organizations. Job posting experience in Monster, Jobs ahead, Indeed. Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used for Recruitment. Basic understanding of MIS Good understanding of Service level agreements. Ability to understand :- the client administrative environment the various Systems being used to process a participant issue Workflow Management Ability to take judgmental call from workflow responses. Core Role Responsibilities Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Entering data in the HRIS related modules Identify training needs, keep track, and share the analysis with the business. Coordinating learning sessions Creating and updating content Analyze training effectiveness. Run the performance management activities such as Goal Setting, Mid Year, Year End & Talent review etc Runs Daily routine report that is provided to the HR Ops Team. Complete Mass uploads for data changes: Terms, Seniority Dates, and Minimum Wage.
