Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Job Type: Hyderabad Department: Human Resources Experience: 2 to 4 Years in HR Recruitment/ Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates using various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking) Screen resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) Schedule and facilitate interviews with shortlisted candidates Conduct background checks and employment verifications Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and candidate management systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus Interested Applicant can share there CV on komal.k@onehealthassist.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in HR Recruitment?
