Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage employee records and HR databases. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Support performance management and employee relations. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs. Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Extend job offers and manage the hiring process. Skills Required: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Familiarity with HR software and systems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
