HR & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Marketing Executive who can manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Hire candidates for digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, sales, and web development roles.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage employee engagement and workplace communication.
• Assist management with HR policies and daily operations.

2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Support digital marketing and brand promotion activities.
• Manage company social media profiles and coordinate content publishing.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Support LinkedIn marketing, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.

3. Team & Office Coordination

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track daily tasks, employee productivity, and project updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR and marketing reports.
• Communicate with candidates, employees, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• HR Management: Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management
• Marketing: Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Branding, Lead Generation
• Tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
• Communication: Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• Management: Team coordination, multitasking, time management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
