We are looking for the enthusiastic HR Manager who can handle operations and Talent Acquisition both and worked as manager having majorly experience in digital marketing hirings .
Location - Noida , Sector 62, C Block
Exp- 7+years
NP-Immediate to 15 days
*5 days a Week *
Responsibilities :
Own end to end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
Improve hiring quality, screening and candidate evaluationWork closely with managers to understand hiring requirements rather than forwarding CVsImprove employee engagement & retention
Required Candidate profile
7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT,digital marketing agency or services company.
Strong exp in recruitment as well as employee relationsGood written and verbal communication skills
