About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and human resource activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment.

The internship will provide practical exposure to the recruitment process, candidate screening, interview coordination, job postings, and day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Help screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to understand their experience, skills, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
• Assist in posting job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring sheets.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-ups, and hiring updates.
• Support the HR team with recruitment documentation and daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with onboarding activities and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Learn and support other HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and human resource management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in communicating with candidates over calls and messages.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in recruitment is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
