Notice period: 15-20 Days or Immediate joiners Location: Candidate can either be based in Rajasthan or Delhi. Job Description: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Sales Agent for Rajasthan who will play a vital role in promoting and expanding the reach of our leatherette and fabrics. This dynamic position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and creating compelling campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to develop effective marketing strategies for the furnishing market. Candidate should visit clients and must have the proficiency to develop new clients all over Rajasthan. The candidate must try to maintain CRM between the clients and the company. Candidate must be aware of new Leatherette products that are trending in Rajasthan. Candidate must bring potential leads from valuable clients. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build relationships, gather feedback, and address inquiries. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking in the leatherette industry. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them With the necessary marketing materials and information to close deals successfully. Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all Marketing activities align with the organisation's brand identity and values. Sales Agent Requirements and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Textiles. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus in the furnishing field. Candidate must be willing to visit Delhi once every two months to Delhi for a follow-up meeting with the Management and to discuss different aspects about the market and clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box are required to develop innovative marketing strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and goals. Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as CRM systems and graphic design software is an advantage. Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
