Job Description

Weā€™re looking for an HR Specialist with a primary focus on recruitment to help scale our team across brands like Epitight , Cozitis , and Niconi . The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and passionate about finding top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & social media for talent acquisition Maintain and update candidate database & hiring trackers Coordinate interview rounds, feedback, and offer rollouts Support employer branding initiatives through creative job posts and hiring campaigns Assist with basic HR operations when required (documentation, orientation, etc.) Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or beauty industry Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with hiring tools, portals, and sourcing strategies Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ā‚¹15,000.00 - ā‚¹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
