The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning hiring efforts with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate candidate fit.Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly and share reports with stakeholders.Ensure timely closure of open positions with a high-quality talent pool.Create and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
