Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in HR Executive/ Generalist/Specialist role with expertise in talent acquisition, payroll processing, rostering, and HRMS Software.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
