HR Data Analyst - Talent Analytics

We are looking for a driven, data-savvy TA Data Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our talent acquisition lifecycle, designing predictive workforce models, and building high-impact data solutions.Key

Responsibilities:

Dashboard & BI Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models tracking critical TA KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance, Pipeline Health, and Attrition Trends).

HRIS & System Management: Leverage enterprise systems (Workday, Oracle Cloud) to extract, cleanse, and reconcile multi-source talent data, ensuring rigorous data governance. Predictive Analytics & Insights: Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights on workforce planning, headcount projections, and vendor invoice tracking.

Process Automation: Build automated reporting workflows and scripts (SQL, Python, Advanced Excel Macros/VBA) to streamline reporting and eliminate manual bottlenecks.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Talent Acquisition Reporting.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Advanced Excel, and SQL. System

Expertise: Strong working knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to handle statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and executive stakeholder reporting.
