About the job: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate with a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Handle accounts related to HR functions, including payroll administration, benefits management, and expense tracking. Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and accounts handling. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
