Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documents
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
• Assist in HR letters, memos, and documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and trainings
• Provide general administrative and HR support

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
