Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Payroll Management: Handle monthly payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Industrial Relations (IR): Assist with managing and resolving employee-related issues, ensuring smooth industrial relations. On-roll and Off-roll Employee Management: Manage the onboarding, documentation, and HR-related activities for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
