UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet peoples needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Role & responsibilities- Understanding product specifications and user psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Develop wireframes and prototypes around customers needs Work with the Product team to understand requirements and communicate design ideas and prototypes to the Engineering team Lead design initiatives, participate in the Brand journey along with the Marketing team to define the design language of our organisation and products Preferred candidate profile- 3-5 years of experience in delivering high quality features on consumer product/e-commerce domain 1-2 years of experience as a lead or solo designer, with ability to take decisions and manage stakeholders Ability to create attractive, eye catchy UI for our products Strong portfolio of design projects Ability to design Mobile and Web prototypes on Figma Background in Project Management and Research Excellent communication skills Perks and benefits- Industry competitive salary packages with benefits Exposure working with some of the best minds in the industry.
