We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR and Adminstration operations. Transportation is provided from City office kalawad road. Key Responsibilities as below: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Maintain employee records and update databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and other relevant regulations. Ensure employees working in factory premises are following company policy with regards to clothes, jewellery, hygiene etc.
