We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Designer who specializes in Commercial Kitchen Equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing kitchen layouts for Hotels, Restaurants, and Institutional Kitchens & Cafeteria with a strong understanding of workflow, equipment placement, and compliance with food safety and ventilation norms. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for commercial kitchens as per project requirements. Excellent communication & Collaboration skill with chefs, consultants, and architects to plan efficient kitchen layouts. Ensure designs comply with hygiene, fire safety, and ventilation standards. Ability to identify and resolve design challenges. Work on multiple hotel and restaurant projects simultaneously. Assist in site measurements and modifications during execution. Candidate Profile: Diploma/Degree Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Interior Design or relevant technical education. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in designing commercial kitchens. Proven track record of successfully completed hotel and restaurant kitchen projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools is a plus. Strong understanding of kitchen equipment specifications, utility planning, and workflow optimization. Good communication skills and ability to manage client requirements effectively.
