They insist on upfront payment of INR 5,000/- for simply taking pictures of the house and listing it on other platforms like magic bricks, etc, which others do for free (even picture clicking). Not to mention this amount is NON REFUNDABLE. Across market its success based fee for brokers. Not worth at all.
