Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and drive demand generation for Gastro/Hepato diagnostic tests & panels. Identify and build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic partners. Organize CMEs, field visits, and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. Execute sales and promotional strategies in alignment with company goals. Track competitor activities and share market insights with management. Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and CRM updates. --- Ideal Candidate Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology. 2–5 years of experience in Diagnostics / Specialty Pharma (Gastro / Hepato preferred). Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Proven ability to manage multiple zones and achieve targets.
