We are looking for a smart and experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to handle seller accounts on Flipkart and Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management — from listings and advertising to order processing, performance monitoring, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller central accounts Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) Run and manage advertising campaigns (SP, SB, SD, Flipkart PLA) Monitor and improve performance metrics: ACOS, ROI, CTR, CR Handle order processing, inventory syncing, and pricing strategy Manage promotions, coupons, and seasonal sales planning Analyze sales reports and competitor trends Ensure compliance with policies and reduce account health risks Coordinate with customer support, warehouse/logistics, and creative teams Required Skills: Proven experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts (min. 1-2 years) Strong understanding of ad campaigns, keyword optimization, and marketplace trends Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (especially pivot, vlookup, formula automation) Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions Knowledge of tools like Helium10, SellerApp, JungleScout, or Flipkart Ads Dashboard Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in handling fashion, electronics, or FMCG categories Working knowledge of other platforms like Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, or Snapdeal (a plus) Salary Range:₹ 30k to 50k per month (depending on experience) Exposure to multiple e-commerce platforms and categories Opportunity to grow into brand/marketplace head role
