If I could give it a -0 I DEFINITELY would. They lied to me telling me they were a Hampton employee. Making me lose points with Hilton. They OVERCHARGED me $680 that's what the Hampton Inn told me. Please don't book with these people. We got an awful room.

Horrible customer service with very hostile tone when asked to speak to a supervisor they refuse. Currently our guest can not be checked out due to their handling and card not having enough funds. Representative suggested "charge guest card" NOT ACCEPTABLE. If we could we would rate this a 0.
