Bihari staff at reception is pathetic. I won't keep that person as peon in my company. Misbehave , rude, . Bihari staff reception par bekaar hai. In a premium hotel, need soft spoken people.

Hospitality of Staff is appreciable , Taste of Food i.e. Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner is Very Nice. Restaurent Manager with Entire Staff offers Nice Services General Manager of Surat Mrs Neeta takes care of Guests which is highly Appreciated.|In short All Hotel executives and Staff take care or look after Guests Nice way.

Poor quality food at restaurants. though their prices are too high as per food quality .I ordered cheese masala dosa as per their menu. I got not any cheese in dosa and base was too hard to chew.at the counter I asked that you have charged for cheese dosa then she said its simple masala dosa.
