Rooms are good. Staff is always prompt and polite. I had a few issues with hot water and a/c but was immediately resolved. The quality of food is also good. However, this is ideal only for short stays. For longer stays like me the menu got repetitive. Overall a satisfactory experience.

I had a great 10-day stay at Hotel Ibis. The room 514 was well-maintained, thanks to the excellent housekeeping by Sharan and Vidya, who ensured cleanliness and comfort. The food was delicious, and the overall service was very friendly. A pleasant experience, and I’d recommend this hotel for its hospitality and attentive staff.

I enjoyed my one-day stay at room 108. The room was clean and hygienic; however, I would appreciate it if additional bath towels were always available. Otherwise, everything was fine. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff member, Mr. Chandan, was particularly helpful. I would recommend this place to others.
