Scam. They were supposed to refund money for a trip to Jazzfest that was canceled two weeks ago, they have now shut down the phone lines so they can't be contacted. References some ties to a company that went bankrupt in Isreal.

Good luck getting ahold of them for any assistance. We can't ever get through to customer service. The number they have will hang up on you after being on hold forever.. It'll say "please wait while you're transferred," then disconnects you.

This is an excellent place to work. I was a temporary Receptionist here. This is not a Hotel. They do not sell beds. This is a business that sells hotel accommodations in bulk to businesses such as travel agencies. They make scheduling vacations and trips simple. This is not a "walk-in" location.

It is almost impossible to get through to the company, and when you do, the automated line hangs up on you. How can you claim to have amazing 24 hour customer service and not answer the phone?

I wish someone, anyone, would answer the phone!!!! Can't assist our mutual customers on my end if no one is ever working on your end. Horrible.... I recommend a different .com company

This is a joke for the hotel to have an issue to fix. Every number we have called transfers us to another number and they hang up. We have a problem with a credit card and we cannot fix the issue because these fools will not answer a phone!

The worst company I have ever worked with. When I tried to check into a hotel the CC they provided did not work and I was forced to sleep in my car. I will never work with this company again

Your Agents can barely speak english and it's extremely annoying and difficult. Awful customer service.

What a waste of time, zero customer service and impossible to call, automated system you never get a hold on anybody or they hand up after you wait 30 minutes in line.
