Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Indore. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, maintaining records, coordinating with other hotel departments, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and customer service standards Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
