Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables as per the kitchen's requirements Clean and cut meat, poultry, and fish under chef supervision Assist in marination and basic food prep Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and utensils Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed Help in organizing and storing ingredients properly Support packing of food orders during rush hours Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly Assist cooks and chefs as required Requirements:Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred Must know proper techniques for vegetable chopping and meat cleaning/cutting Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job
