Position: Hotel Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional reception experience.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain guest records, billing, and front office documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain professional grooming and front desk standards.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Professional personality, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Location: Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
