We are expanding our hotel network and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team.

### Job Responsibilities

* Identify and approach hotels, resorts, guest houses, and other accommodation providers.

* Onboard new hotel partners onto the Sypnofy.com platform.

* Conduct hotel visits, meetings, and presentations to explain platform benefits.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and managers.

* Collect hotel details, property images, room rates, policies, and required documents.

* Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful hotel listing and activation.

* Follow up with hotel partners to complete onboarding and resolve queries.

* Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and business development targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. ### Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills may apply.

* Freshers with a strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome.

* Experience in hotel sales, travel agencies, hospitality, or business development will be an advantage.

* Good negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for hotel visits and meetings.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, email, and online platforms.
