Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puri for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and coordinate with the laundry department to maintain top-notch service. Additionally, the role includes managing housekeeping staff, interacting with guests to address their needs, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with cleanliness and service delivery. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and motivate housekeeping staff Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and resolve queries effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills to uphold cleanliness and quality standards Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping management is a plus
