We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise the construction of a Ground + 2 RCC building . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and smooth day-to-day site operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all RCC construction activities including footing, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases. Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, structural details, and technical specifications . Conduct regular quality checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for daily site activities. Maintain proper level, line, alignment, and measurements at the site. Check reinforcement detailing, shuttering, and concreting before and during execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety practices . Identify and report site issues, deviations, or quality concerns to senior engineers or project managers. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports , site records, and material consumption reports. Assist in material planning, estimation, and site inventory control. Coordinate with consultants and inspections as required. Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.
