Hostel Operations Manager - Chennai - 5 open
About Role:
We are looking for a Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our ladies hostel branches in Chennai. Accommodation and food facility will be provided inside the hostel premises.
Responsibilities:
- Managing admissions and vacating process
- Handling resident queries and support
- Supervising hostel staff
- Stock checking and daily reporting
Qualification:
- Education: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Language: Tamil is mandatory, basic English
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Salary & Benefits:
Rs. 15000 - 18000 per month + Performance Bonus + Yearly Bonus + Medical benefits
Benefits include: Food Provided, Accommodation Provided
Work Location: In person - Chennai
2 days off per month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
