You are being sought after to fill the position of Head of Interior Design (GM) for a client in the hospitality industry. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will play a crucial role in leading interior design efforts for a range of hospitality projects, ensuring design excellence, brand alignment, and collaboration with stakeholders. The position is based at the Mumbai Corporate Office in Worli. Key Role Responsibilities: - Lead the interior design strategy for hospitality projects, maintaining brand consistency. - Develop design concepts, space planning, and FF&E strategies. - Manage and mentor the in-house interior design team. - Coordinate with internal teams including architecture, project management, procurement, and operations. - Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design. - 15+ years of experience in hospitality interior design, preferably from top hotel brands or reputed design firms. - Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
