Hospital Operations Manager

• A Hospital Operations Manager oversees daily administrative, non-clinical, and cross-departmental functions to ensure a healthcare facility runs safely, efficiently, and within budget.

• Patient Flow & Turnaround: Manage patient movement from Outpatient Department (OPD) to admissions, surgery, wards, and discharge, minimizing wait times and bed bottlenecks.
• Departmental Coordination: Act as the central link between clinical, nursing, diagnostic, and support teams (housekeeping, security, front office, logistics).
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor operational budgets, cost control, procurement, inventory, and manpower utilization.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs), and national accreditations (such as NABH standards in India).
• Performance Tracking (KPIs): Analyze metrics like bed occupancy rates, Average Length of Stay (ALOS), and patient satisfaction scores to drive process improvements.
• Grievance Resolution: Address patient complaints, manage service recovery, and oversee protocols for VIP/VVIP visitors.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
