Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, doctor relationship management, and patient acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and healthcare offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness, patient footfall, and revenue.
• Coordinate with hospital management, medical professionals, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage referral networks and strengthen relationships with existing healthcare partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, generate reports, and achieve assigned business targets.
• Represent the organization in healthcare events, networking meetings, and industry conferences.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in doctor engagement, hospital partnerships, and referral management.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, and achieve business targets.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in hospitals, healthcare groups, diagnostic centres, or medical service providers will be preferred.
• Experience in developing healthcare partnerships and generating business is highly desirable.
• Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
