Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities Maintain HR records, databases, and HRMS updates Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity) Coordinate with internal teams for HR documentation and employee queries Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews and joining formalities Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards Drive employee engagement activities and grievance handling Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred) 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations / payroll support Good knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
