Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can do more than just design — someone who can think strategically, communicate visually, and bring brand stories to life with creativity and clarity. As a core part of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping brand identities, designing campaign visuals, and crafting meaningful content across digital platforms. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in branding or digital design (agency/startup background preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After effects (preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding, campaign, and social media work Eye for typography, layout, Motion Graphics and detail Ability to manage time and juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team

Role Description This is an internship role for a candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience at Hooks and Clicks. The intern will actively participate in various projects, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the company’s ongoing efforts. Responsibilities may include research, assisting in project execution, creating presentations, and contributing innovative ideas. This is an on-site role based in Kerala, India. Qualifications Research and Analytical skills for gathering, assessing, and synthesising information Strong communication, team collaboration, and organisational skills Proficiency in relevant tools or software (such as Microsoft Office or industry-specific tools) Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment Prior experience with internships, volunteer roles, or project involvement is a plus Pursuing or recently completing a degree in a related field is preferred
