At HoneRise, we are passionate about delivering exceptional results that make a difference. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Product and Marketing Designer based in Madurai. UI/UX Design: Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, analyze feedback and improve user experiences. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Create design systems, wireframes and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch. Design visually stunning social media campaigns, landing pages, and marketing assets. Use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Figma AI, Canva Magic, etc.) to generate ideas, visuals, and ad variations. Stay ahead of trends in AI design, content automation, and growth marketing. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute creative content strategies across platforms. Design engaging visuals and posts aligned with brand tone and objectives. Manage posting schedules, monitor performance and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement. Work with the team to plan and execute paid promotions when needed. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Social Media Marketing. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience in social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.). Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
