Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Service Technician based in Delhi, India. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing reliable field services. Additionally, the individual will interact with customers to ensure excellent service and address their needs for home cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues Experience in Field Service operations Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment Good communication and time-management abilities Prior experience in home repair or similar roles is a plus High school diploma or relevant certification in maintenance or technical fields
