Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assign accurate medical codes to patient records using CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes.
Review and verify coding accuracy for home health claims, identifying errors or discrepancies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Job Requirements :

2-12 years of experience in home health coding or related field.
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes and their applications in home health care settings.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
