We bought property in Bangalore in 2023 via Bharath Kumar agent in home Adda. I would say the company is full of unprofessional people including their managers. They make promise for 1% Cashback however you never receive it. Please don’t trust any agent from Home Adda.

Don't go or rely on cashback offer they provide to attract customers for buying property. This cashback they will take a year easily to give you after hundreds of call. Secondly they will show it as your income and you will end up paying income tax as per your slab.
