Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales for our automation and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in B2C/B2B field sales, preferably in a related industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and meet potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals Conduct product presentations and demos for home automation, CCTV, solar, and access control solutions Generate leads and follow up for closures Coordinate with the technical and operations team for site surveys and installations Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (experience in smart home, security systems, or similar domains preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada Graduate (Technical background preferred - Engineering, BSc, or Diploma in relevant fields) Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented Age: 25 to 35 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid license Familiar with Bangalore geography and customer profiles What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing tech-enabled company On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Reimbursement for travel and mobile expenses
