We are seeking a sales-oriented Holiday Consultant with experience in handling international holiday destinations and global visa services. The role involves managing direct customer enquiries, designing customised holiday packages, providing visa assistance, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2C customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Design, customise, and sell domestic and international holiday packages based on customer preferences and budgets.
• Handle holiday packages covering multiple international destinations and provide destination-specific recommendations.
• Assist customers with global visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and processing timelines.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote and sell flights, hotels, tours, transfers, visas, travel insurance, and other related travel services.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maximise revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams, travel partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer’s travel journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in B2C travel sales or holiday consulting is required.
• Experience handling international holiday destinations is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in global visa processes and documentation is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to customise itineraries and recommend suitable travel packages based on customer requirements.
• Familiarity with travel portals, CRM systems, and booking procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
